Flying University Network: Spring Scholars' Conference, 2021!

We are proud to announce that our Call for Papers has been issued!

Next year's theme is Continuity in a Crisis. COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, impacted virtually every aspect of global society. Education was no exception, and students of every age, color, and creed were suddenly confronted with cancelled classes, closed schools, and shelter-in-place orders. Teachers and faculty across the world embraced technology and other innovations to deal with the novel challenges of carrying on their missions in a crisis. This is a historic moment, and a golden opportunity for research. We pose the following questions:
  1. In what ways did the pandemic impact the lives of parents, students, teachers, and administrators?
  2. How did the pandemic affect the process of education itself?
  3. How did the people and institutions respond to those challenges?
  4. How did this experience prepare us for future disruptions to education?
  5. What lessons were learned from this experience which can be applied to education in general?
We are equally interested in similar submissions for presentations on the impact of, and responses to, the COVID-19 pandemic on Business, the Arts, Sciences, and Technology!

Submit your abstracts now! This conference is scheduled for March 23, 2021, and will be held at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. See the Call For Papers page for more information!
